The quality of the mug is fine and exactly as ordered. The tracking information for delivery is decidedly iffy though. For almost 2 weeks all I got from the courier was “we got it” and then without warning it arrived. Could have been worse but at least we got it eventually although my email chasing up delivery was never acknowledged or responded to.

This is a good quality mug and the artwork brilliant. It comes on a lovely gift box. Unfortunately for me whilst in transit the package was obviously mishandled. The packaging had been sliced through and the boxes damaged but the mugs were so well packed in the polystyrene they were undamaged. A complaint should be raised with the shipping company.
