Recently bought a customised pendant, from a photo of a friend's puppy. The pendant is gorgeous, and she loved it,. It came with a beautiful chain and was in a small box. It was an absolutely ideal gift. The only problem I had was it was very late being delivered. I wanted it for 24th January, I accepted that it could be a few days late but it didn't come until mid February. I was unable to find the emails from the company and had began to think it was a fake. I was surprised and delighted to receive it. On the other hand when I first placed my order I accidentally ordered 2. Couldn't edit the order so sent an email explaining. Received a reply the next day and the day after had a refund. I would definitely order from this company again but would leave more time between order and the date required.
