If you live in US, UK or Australia our personalized products should arrive at your door in less than 10 business days. You can track your package by clicking on the “track my order” tab in the menu at the bottom of the page.
Do you only do cats and dogs?
We can print any animal on your socks. Usually we add paw prints and/or bones for dog socks and paw prints and/or fish for cat socks. If you would like a different animal on your socks, simply let us know what else you’d like on them and our graphic designers will happily create your unique product.
Can I have more than one animal on my order?
The cost of each item includes the design for 1 to 2 pets. If you would like to add a 3rd or even a 4th pet to your product, we can do so for an additional cost.

Can I change the standard design?
If you don’t want to have bones on your socks, or if you would like to add something else, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will be in touch.
I want to change my order, what do I do?
We are able to make changes to your order up to 24 hours after it is submitted. If you need to change anything about your order, send us an email at email@example.com and we will make sure you are taken care of.
Refunds and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order let us know, and we’ll do everything we can to fix it!
