I loved this when I saw it but it was slightly disappointing. I selected the colour of my pets but the mat does not reflect the colour correctly. Also for a doormat I was expecting it to be more substantial than it is. certainly not a cheap item so unsure if I would have purchased had I known.

When the items finally arrived they looked lovely however. After working in retail and distribution as a member of management for at least 10 years as can honestly say the service received if probably the worst I have experienced. I get that delivery is delayed iver the festive period and with Covid extra delays are somewhat expected however after being stated a delivery date in the website and the utems not turning up for an extra 13 days is absolutely ridiculous. I sent email after email to speak to someone and got robotic responses that ignored my polite request for some sort of reimbursement to offset the cost of replacement gifts and shipping halfway across the UK due to late delivery. Worst service I've experienced ever. I know that saying you will never use a company again is going to do absolutely nothing to them but be warned if you're delivery doesn't turn up when expected, the customer service is pretty much non existent!!!

I ordered three mats for myself, my son and my daughter. Everyone was highly delighted with their mat. They are a bit thinner than my normal mat but they look good at the door. They arrived well packaged, all rolled up but they don't curl when p!aced at the door. Would buy from again.
