I am very pleased with the product and my Daughter who I purchased it for was really pleased also. However not so pleased with the length of time it took to arrive. I ordered the Item on 3/3/22 and it has only just arrived we are now the 20/5/22. The item arrived on 16/5/22. I did read on your reviews that some items took an inordinately long time to arrive, but on the whole people were pleased with their purchases which is a saving grace for the appalling delivery time. Perhaps you could look into this matter soonest. Despite this I would consider ordering from you again as the the quality of the product was excellent.

We really love the mat and it has become quite a talking point to all our visitors. The only downside was how long it took to get delivered and it sat in a warehouse near London for two weeks. Quite frustrating as my work took me to the same area several times and I could have collected it myself.
