I will never use Kadonimo again. Your customer service is non-existent. I sent no less than FOUR emails to you enquiring about the delivery of my purchase and did not receive a single reply. When tracking delivery on your website my item remained in packaging for FIFTEEN DAYS with a notice above the display saying: "delivery is delayed by 15 to 25 days because of current circumstances" with no other explanation. I began to think I would never see it and it was not until I sent a final email threatening legal action by Barclaycard that I received a text message to say, curtly, that my item had been dispatched. NO APOLOGY. NO EXPLANATION. The item is satisfactory but your service is NOT.
