The product itself it great, but it took over 6 weeks to arrive, and any attempt to contact customer relations did not receive a response. The only thing I could use was the online tracking which showed the same status for many weeks.
While I would but the product again, the level of customer service and delay on the shipping would not make me order again.

This is 100% genuine customer review as I have seen many mixed. Ordered in Nov was a little longer coming than I hoped however I did receive emails from support explaining the situation and it arrived just after Christmas , there have been various strikes etc so I can accept this especially as they appear to be made and sent from outside the UK.
As far as the product goes the design etc is identical to how it looked on preview and the quality of the print is very good.

The doormats are amazing to look at however would not withstand general use. I purchased mine as a decorative/ novelty item so I don't mind. What I do mind is the length of time I waited. Had I been warned it would be so long I would have been fine with it, however when I enqired after waiting 5 weeks I was sent a generic email apologising for the delay and offering a 30% discount on further purchases. I gave it another week and enquired again. I received the exact same email. I never did get an answer as to how long it would be. I eventually received a postal tracing number which was not recognised. This is when I started to believe I'd been scammed.
I was shocked and delighted when I did receive my doormats as they really are lovely to look at.
I would not buy from this company again. Customer service is poor. They need to be transparent about the true waiting time for items.

Absolutely love my mat. I read the reviews after I ordered then I panicked because I hadn’t had a confirmation from the company. I emailed them a couple of times to ask where my mat was and got an email back saying how busy they was and I’d get my mat asap. I wrote it off as and thought I’d been done but thankfully six weeks after I ordered my mat arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased. Will definitely order another one for a friend now.

Bought for new neighbours as a housewarming gift so as far as I know everything is hunky-dory. They were surprised!
Only negative I found was the updates once the item showed as being completed...there was no update on it being posted, and I had to contact them. Their communication was good tho, and I got offered a £20 free gift, but that scared me rather than putting my mind at rest, cos surely they’re trying to make money, not give it away... I rejected their offer...
Overall tho, all was fine.

I know it’s Christmas, but if you don’t deliver then simply don’t promise.
