Arrived in a few weeks. At first I thought it was a bit thin but actually it is really hard wearing and doesn’t move once on the floor. Big plus is doesn’t show up Marks easily. Really impressed and visitors love it. Lots of comments. Would recommend

Bought a dog doormat as a present and although delivery was delayed the recipient absolutely loved it.
It is made of material so not the first mat on coming in to wipe feet on but is fine after the initial threshold or in the fireplace.

The item is great but the customer service is shocking. No contact number or nothing and when emailed it all comes back in French. Said 15-20 working days to come took just over 2 months. Finally got hold of someone thru Facebook then soon as I said I need it asap for Christmas or I want a refund o 3 days later it turns up.

I really like the item, however, I cannot believe how long it took for the item to be delivered.
This mat was a Christmas gift for my pre family who love across the country. I ordered the gift on 30th November. I did not receive the mat until 28th December- so if you’re expecting a quick delivery, don’t hold your breath.
I emailed people within the country and although they tried to reassure me, they were no use and didn’t give me any new information that I didn’t already know.

The order was delayed, and whilst it took a couple of days to get a reply I did get a reply from customer services to let me know that my order was caught up and to please wait. Sorry didn't take a photo before gifting it, but would order another one. Can't comment on durability or how well it does it's job as a door mat, but definitely raises a smile.
