delivery was a bit Busby but great, immediate response from customer service. Design on mat is absolutely spot on, exactly what I ordered. mat is quite thin but would be washable which is a huge bonus. It has been much admired by my neighbours- well chuffed

I read the reviews and they weren't very good but I decided to take a gamble and order anyway as it was a gift. I was worried so emailed and they got straight back to me and reassured me that my parcel would come but it would take a while which was ok as I ordered way in advance. Almost 15 days went by and I started to think it wasn't coming so emailed again and this time got a tracking number so I could see where my parcel was. My parcel arrived just like they said in the time frame that they said. My only problem is the mat is very thin so I think that it is not really good value for money but the personalisation aspect makes it a great gift.

I like the mat but I was expecting an out door mat.
it looked like a coconut mat that could be placed outside.
This is no good to use outside as it would blow away.
Its useful if you have a porch or a hall.
Why not make an outside mat ?

Initially I was worried as there were bad reviews on line and the company hadn't been in touch letting me know how things were going and I didn't have a delievery date, however I contacted them via facebook and things started moving and the mat arrived about a week later. I am very pleased with the mat and will buy from them again. They just need to keep customers better informed.

This is really a great purchase. But you have to wait a long time before it arrives from China. Some people would knock a few stars off because of the length of time it took to arrive. But I was so impressed with the product I did not feel able to do so.

While the door matt looks exactly like what I ordered. The shipment time was ridiculous it was said to be delivered for the 13 but it didn’t come till the 1st of the next month (as they didn’t dispatch it till the 18th) and contacting them was a nightmare emailed so many times for them to keep saying they were closed and I emailed at so many different times of the day and they were always closed. so if you do order with this company just make sure you order it a month before if it’s for someones present.

This mat is a novelty and is ideal for our circumstances, in that we’re in an apartment so the main wet and dirt from outdoors has already been cleaned off at the main entrance doorway in the foyer.
Not sure if it could handle direct traffic from outdoors.

Delivery took much, much longer than expected, I didn't get any updates until I sent an enquiry to them. To be fair to them, once they were notified on non delivery they quickly got things sorted and mat arrived thankfully.
The delay in delivery wouldn't put me off ordering from them again as the mat is lovely.
